Orders ship within 3 to 5 business days. For international orders, please refer to the shipping options listed at checkout.

 

Returns & Refunds

Please note that our products are made with 100% pure organic essential oils (no fillers for dilution) and it takes about 3 weeks of everyday use for results to show and 2 months for considerable change. 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If within 30 days you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it to us for a full refund or credit, less shipping costs. For a refund, approximately 60% or more of the product must be remaining in the original container. Please email us at lokelanireturns@gmail.com with the order number in the subject and reason for the return on the body of the email.

Please ensure that returns are well-packaged. We recommend using a tracked method of return delivery, as we are unable to accept responsibility for lost return parcels.

Once we receive your product back, we will process your refund to the original credit card used for payment, and send you a confirmation email. Please note that shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. We cover return shipping for incorrect or damaged items.

Lokelani Essentials reserves the right to review each return or exchange on a case-by-case basis.
